All NMCO board meetings are open to the public. If you would like to submit new business ahead of time, please do so below.

The next NMCO board meeting will be Saturday, April 12th, 2025 at 6:00pm. The location will be at AIMS following the conclusion of the All-Girls State Championship.

​We will discuss upcoming events and address any issues from the public. If you have any questions, would like to bring a message in front of the board, or would like the Zoom link for the meeting, please email president@nmchess.org.

To better align with the NMCO bylaws, all board meetings will be announced in advance. To better stay in touch with the chess community, we will meet at various chess clubs around the city and at major NMCO tournaments. All meeting minutes for the Board Year are available by request.
